Rich Organic Matcha Latte Recipe

Ingredients:

- 1 teaspoon Organic Matcha Powder (from Unleash’d Organic)

- 150ml hot milk (frothed for a creamy texture)

- 1 shot of espresso

- A pinch of matcha powder or cinnamon powder for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Matcha: Place the organic matcha powder in a bowl or cup. Add a small amount of hot water (not boiling) and whisk vigorously until the powder is fully dissolved and smooth, with no lumps.

2. Heat and Froth the Milk: Warm the milk until steaming, then use a milk frother to create a thick, velvety foam for an extra indulgent touch. 

3. Combine the Matcha and Milk: Pour the dissolved matcha into a serving mug, then add the hot, frothed milk. Stir gently to mix everything well.

4. Create the "Dirty" Effect: Slowly and carefully pour the espresso into the mug from the side or directly into the center, allowing it to float atop the matcha mixture. The espresso will gradually create a beautiful “dirty” swirl on top, reminiscent of a classic Japanese-style latte.

5. Garnish: Lightly dust the surface with a pinch of matcha powder or cinnamon powder using a fine sieve for an appealing finishing touch.
