Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Our 30-day refund guarantee is valid only to U.S. customers who purchased products from our official website(unleashdorganic.com).

Doesn't like / doesn't need
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@unleashdorganic.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. It is your obligation to pay the return postage, and we do recommend you opt for tracking and confirmation numbers for verification of delivery. We must receive the label(s) within 30 days from the date of the original purchase for the refund to be valid.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Our Return policies do not apply to all items. Below are items that cannot be returned and cannot be refunded:
*Contest winnings and Free Promotional Items.
*All third-party retail brick-and-mortar or online purchases of Products (except for purchases from unleashdorganic.com directly) must be returned to the retail location or online store from which they were originally purchased for a refund.
*We withholds the right to refuse excessive return order requests.
*We don’t offer refunds for shipping delays, incorrectly provided addresses or packages marked delivered but not received.
*Our Replacement orders

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not wthin 2 business days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
