During his college tenure, he showcased remarkable talent and determination, achieving an impressive career-best scoring average of 71.97. Among his accolades, Cameron was honored with the 2017 LMU Arrupe Scholarship and the LMU Academic Excellence Grant Award, underscoring his commitment to both academia and athletics.
After transitioning to professional golf in 2022, Cameron participated in various competitive events, such as the 2022 West Coast Conference Championships, where he finished 25th, and a remarkable performance at the 2021 Wyoming Cowboy Classic, finishing T7. His journey through the ranks of collegiate and amateur golf has equipped him with a wealth of experience, making him a knowledgeable figure in the sport.
Teaching and Mentorship
Beyond competing, Cameron has dedicated time to nurturing the next generation of golfers. From 2009 to 2023, he served as an instructor at the Las Vegas Golf Center, where he honed his skills in teaching and course management.
