These are tasty easy to eat. As long as the ingredients are as they are they should help with any deficiency.

This is a staple for me during the winter with zinc. So far I've had a little tingle of a cold, but nothing crazy. The k2 is a must combination with the D3 to make it work.

LOVE these fresh, Unleash'd Vitamin D3 and K2 Gummies! My daily multi-vitamin does not contain enough Vitamin D3 or K2 as my doctor prescribed (I'm a 59 yo woman). Because my daily multi vitamin doesn't contain enough of these vital vitamins, these yummy gummy's are a great way to get the extra dose of Vitamin D (and the transport Vitamin K2) that I need.
One added note: The description of this product says "Adding MCT coconut oil supplies the perfect fat to optimize nutrient absorption and effectiveness." This added note might make you think these gummies has MCT oil in them, but they do not list this on the bottle. I guess they are trying to tell you to take MCT oil with these gummies to improve absorption? I would say to re-word this in the description, or include it in the gummy.

Great price and quality. I immediately felt i had more energy the first day. The pills are perfect size and easy to swallow.

After checking the K2 out, I found that that the D3 and the K2 do actually work together, so that they are more effective. I did not know that. I have been taking D3 for years, by itself. So, for a more effective vitamin, I guess this would be the one.
