Heat 2 TBSP olive oil in a stock pot and add 1 lb sirloin chunks, seasoned with salt and pepper and lightly dusted with flour. Brown the sirloin over medium heat and remove. Sauté one chopped onion with 5 diced carrots, 8 oz of crimini mushrooms, and 1/2 lb potatoes cut into bite sized pieces.
Sauté until onions are soft. Add equal parts beef stock and water to cover stew ingredients, approximately 16 oz. Stir in 4 TBSP Unleash’d Organic oyster mushroom powder and 4 tsp Unleash’d Organic broccoli powder.
Add bay leaves, and 1/2 TBSP of thyme. Simmer for 30-40 minutes until potatoes are tender. Add more water and mushroom powder to achieve preferred thickness. Enjoy!
