Ingredients (4-6 Servings):
- 1 ½ cups Organic Cassava Flour
- ½ cup Organic Cauliflower Powder
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup almond or oat milk (can swap with any milk)
- 2 Tbsp oil or melted unsalted butter
- 2 Tbsp of pure maple syrup
- 2 tsp sugar (optional)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp cinnamon or nutmeg
Instructions:
- Mix all the dry ingredients
- Mix all the liquid ingredients and slowly mix in the dry ingredients
- Heat up gridle or pan.
- Pour in griddle and leave for about 3 mins on each side till golden brown(Add some water if too thick or more flour if too runny)
